CQB specifications:
CQB is used to control the filling of N2 into the cabinet so that the desired relative humidity in the nitrogen cabinet can be reached with most efficient dry air utilization. For example, if 5%RH is the required condition, then N2 will stop filling when 5%RH is reached.
